This track focuses on the latest developments in semiconductor materials, including novel compositions and fabrication techniques. Researchers are invited to present their findings on how these advancements can enhance electronic device performance.
This session will explore the design and application of optoelectronic materials in devices such as LEDs, lasers, and photodetectors. Contributions that highlight innovative materials and their integration into functional systems are encouraged.
