The International Network for Research & Innovation provides an official Invitation Letter to international participants attending its conference in India. This document confirms your participation and is issued in English for submission to the relevant authorities as part of your travel and entry application process.
Participants must complete the following steps to receive the Invitation Letter:
Complete your registration and ensure that the payment is successfully processed through the official platform.
A Registration Form link will be shared after confirmation. Participants must provide accurate personal, passport, and participation details.
The submitted information will be reviewed by the organizing team for completeness and accuracy.
Upon successful verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued and sent to the participant’s registered email address.
The Invitation Letter is provided only as a supporting document and does not influence approval decisions.
Processing timelines vary depending on the applicant’s country and embassy procedures. Early application is strongly recommended.
